The city determines our society. It reflects our culture and our rights. It also shows the inequalities and impositions to which we are subjected. It has the ability to offer opportunities or take them away.
Does the city liberate us or limit us? Is the city fair? Who has access to a quality built environment? Who is invited and who is excluded from public space? We reflect on safety and urban rights in the debate to be held at La Model.
During the activity, moderated by Anna Pacheco along with Pol Andiñach and Husos, we had the opportunity to discuss inclusion and equity, colonization and decolonization, spatial justice, and the positions and representations of class, gender, and race in the city.
